Creator view: what you get
Get paid, get seen for products you already love.
The Content Creator Program turns everyday customers into a paid creator roster, with rewards, recognition, and a system that keeps them coming back.
Real rewards
Store credit or cash for every approved video, plus bonuses when creators hit volume, paid on a schedule they can count on.
Actual recognition
Winners get posted, reposted, and named, in the community and on the brand's own channels.
First access
New product before it's public, first access the moment the brand launches something new.
A community, not an inbox
A home base with other creators, not a one-way DM you never hear back from. Even customers who aren't creating yet are welcome, and get perks just for being part of it.
Seven stops from "never heard of it" to top creator
Walk through each stage below. This is the actual path a creator takes.
Discovery
Creators find the program one of two ways: a post-purchase email invite, or a call placed automatically through DIALD's calling system, inviting them straight into the community. No cold outreach, no talent agency required.
- Triggered by a post-purchase email, about 5 days after delivery
- Or a live call, placed automatically through DIALD
- Also posted openly in the brand's Discord for anyone to see
- No follower minimum, this is about real customers
Where they see it
You've had the Ridge 22L for a week now, mind showing us how you're actually using it? Creators get paid per video, plus first access to new drops.
Apply
Applicants watch a short video first, then fill out a two-minute form: a couple of links to their best content, and one honest line about why they're into the brand. From here on, they don't get handed a stiff creative brief; they get ideas and ads to copy, real examples they can riff on.
The actual flow
Approved
Approval is automatic, based on a simple set of rules, so applicants hear back fast. Once approved, they sign a quick agreement and get a DM with their personal Drive folder link and a getting-started guide, plus full access to the private Content Creator Program space.
What shows up
- Automatic approval, based on program rules
- A quick agreement to sign
- A DM with a Drive folder link and a getting-started guide
- Full access to the private community space
First submission
Their first idea drop lands in #content-ideas, a plain-language brief with example angles, not a locked-down script. New briefs go out weekly, alongside recent winning examples in #best-ads so creators can see what's working.
This month's drop
Feedback loop
Every submission gets one of two outcomes, fast. Never radio silence. If it's sent back, it's for exactly one clear reason, so it's obvious what to fix and easy to resubmit.
"This is it, great framing, product's clear the whole time. You're approved, and it's in the running for this week's wins."
"Love the energy, just can't see the bag clearly past 0:08. Resubmit with it more in frame and you're good."
Possible reasons (always just one)
Reward
Straightforward, published, and paid on a schedule. No negotiating a rate for every video.
Example structure, every brand sets its own numbersTier progression
Consistency gets noticed. Creators who keep showing up move from the general roster into Top Creator, tracked on a simple scorecard, not a popularity contest.
Creator
Everyone who's been approved into the program.
Top Creator
Scorecard: 8+ approved videos/mo, 70%+ approval rate, strong engagement.

Brand view: what you get
A creator roster that turns customers into your ad account.
A steady pipeline of authentic UGC and ad creative, sourced from people who already bought the product, at a fraction of traditional UGC agency cost, and every asset is yours outright.
Predictable pipeline
A rolling queue of submissions every week, not a one-off campaign you have to re-launch each quarter.
A fraction of the cost
Below, cost per approved video and per winning ad. The gap compounds every month the program runs.
Fully owned
Full usage rights come with approval, so you can reuse winners across paid, organic, and email without a separate license.
Last 30 days
The same numbers you'd check on any acquisition channel, creators are just the source.
All figures on this page are an illustrative example month, built to show how the dashboard reads, not a benchmark or guarantee. Your program's real numbers depend on category, reward structure, and community size.
Where submissions go
Invited → applied → approved → submitted → winners, last 30 days
| Stage | Count | % of previous stage |
|---|---|---|
| Invited | 1,050 | n/a |
| Applied | 214 | 20.4% |
| Approved | 168 | 78.5% |
| Submitted | 316 | 188% (multiple/creator) |
| Winners | 46 | 14.6% |
Approval vs. win
The two rates that matter most, side by side
Passes the community quality bar: on-brief, product visible, usable footage.
Goes further: approved and selected into paid ad rotation as a winner.
Hit rate = winning ads ÷ total submissions. Every winner is also approved, so hit rate will always sit below approval rate.
What each ad actually costs
From first submission to winning ad, here's where the spend goes, and what a creator can earn along the way.
Cost per ad
Illustrative example, based on the reward structure and dashboard figures above
All figures on this page are illustrative examples for this demo. Cost per winning ad = 30-day total creator spend ÷ number of winning ads in that period. Every number is configurable per brand.
